At Townsville Rentals, we’re committed to finding you better tenants, faster! We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to promote our available properties and social media has become an important resource for finding new tenants.
One of the ways that we’re increasing our online audience is through competitions on Facebook. This helps us grow the number of people that we can reach through our property promotions. In January, we ran a competition encouraging followers to Like and Share our Page, while last month, we ran an Easter-themed colouring competition targeted at families. Congratulations to Reece from Ryan Catholic College for taking out the prize!
Additionally, we’ve introduced slideshow videos on our social media profiles to showcase our available properties. This has had a positive impact on the reach of our social media marketing efforts.
