Our flat fees cover a minimum of 4 property inspections each year. The results of each property inspection are sent directly to the owner via email.

Will existing tenants need to vacate the property when engaging new property management?

No. If you are switching from another property manager and have existing tenants in the property, there should be no change to the tenancy agreement. Our Townsville property managers will facilitate the entire handover process on your behalf, from notifying your tenants to collecting the keys from the other property manager.
