How long will it take to process my application?

Your application is important, and we generally will process it within 48 hours.

How often do you carry out inspections?

We inspect our properties every 16 weeks. We give you advance notice of the time period and date of any inspection, so you can be present if you wish but it isn’t required. 

What are the penalties for breaking my lease early?

You must pay rent until a new tenant is found and also pay a re-letting fee (one week's rent plus GST) and any other related expenses.

Can I have a pet?

We do have rental properties where the owner has indicated pets may be accepted. Requests for pets are considered on application, using the Pet Application and Agreement form (the form can be downloaded here). The property owner will have the final say as to whether your application to include pets will be approved.

What options are there for rental payments?

You can pay rent by eftpos in our office, credit card, bank cheque, money order or anywhere with Rental Rewards. Find out more on How to pay your rent.

Can I have people move in with me?

If you want to add people to your lease, they must complete our application process and sign onto the lease. Your request if the person you are proposing does not meet our eligibility criteria or the property is not suited to additional tenants.
